01 / Workflow

From AI generation to skin stencil transfer

The current K1 design flow requires a network connection and uses AI generation only. It does not support image upload or other design functions at this stage.

01

Connect to the web experience

Connect to the network-enabled web experience before starting a design session.

02

Generate line art with AI

Use AI generation to create the tattoo line-art design. Image upload is not part of the current function scope.

03

Print with dedicated paper

Load the confirmed paper orientation and print from the existing K1 platform.

04

Prepare, press and inspect

Position the printed design, follow the confirmed transfer procedure, then inspect the stencil result.

Sample Evaluation Scope

Reference hardware

Review K1 device fit, 57mm thermal printing and the network-connected AI design flow.

Dedicated consumable

Evaluate the two-layer tattoo transfer paper with supplier-confirmed loading and operating guidance.

Project discussion

Discuss private label, packaging, replenishment strategy and the documents needed for your target market.

Two-layer tattoo transfer paper structure

02 / Dedicated consumable

Two-layer tattoo transfer paper

The current consumable structure uses a purple-blue thermal transfer film together with transfer backing paper. Purple-blue is the current material format for the present cost and supply configuration.

  • Purple-Blue Thermal Transfer Film — heat-sensitive film that forms the transfer pattern.
  • Transfer Backing Paper — supports the film during printing and skin application.
  • Existing K1 platform — evaluated as a consumable change, not a hardware replacement.

03 / Actual transfer result

Show the stencil result, not just the product concept

For B2B evaluation, document print quality and transfer appearance with real samples, operating conditions and project-specific test records.
