Two thermal paper options for K1
Paper options are selected according to the target use case. Additional consumables should be confirmed during sample or order discussion.
Standard thermal paper
Each K1 unit includes two rolls of standard 57mm thermal paper in the standard package.
Approx. 40 images per roll
One standard paper roll can print approximately 40 images. Actual output varies with image coverage and print content.
Sticker-style thermal paper
Adhesive thermal paper is available as an optional paper version for sticker-style output.
Order on request
Extra standard paper rolls or adhesive paper should be requested separately during sample or order discussion.
Consumable planning
Paper type, quantity, retail packaging, and replenishment strategy can be planned for the target market.
Functions under development
Reminder and early-learning content are planned for K1 Pro and are not included in the current K1 standard version.

Are all AI functions available in the standard sample?
The current K1 standard scope is AI dialogue and thermal printing. K1 Pro reminder and early-learning functions are under development and are not included in the current K1 standard version.
Can the MOQ be lower than 1000 units?
The standard private-label MOQ starts from 1000 units. For sample review, channel validation, or pilot programs, the quantity can be discussed case by case.
Can we add K1 Pro reminder or early-learning functions?
These functions are currently under development for the K1 Pro roadmap. Availability, development cost, language scope, and delivery timing should be confirmed by project.
Is the thermal paper standard or proprietary?
K1 supports standard thermal paper and optional adhesive thermal paper. Each unit includes 2 rolls of standard paper; one roll prints approximately 40 images. Additional paper and adhesive paper should be requested separately.
Which languages are supported?
Language support depends on the AI agent, voice interaction configuration, and target market requirements. All required languages should be confirmed and tested during solution scoping.
Can we customize the appearance and packaging?
Yes. Logo, color options, retail packaging, manual, quick-start guide, accessory bundle, and market-specific labeling can be discussed as part of the OEM/ODM configuration.
What is the certification status?
Certification materials are currently under review. Final compliance documents and applicable certifications will be confirmed according to the target market, production version, and order requirements.
